The entire book is made up of short quizzes in all areas of ITIL concepts as well as providing Foundation exams that evaluate the student's overall performance in all ITIL categories. The practice exams are the same length as the real Foundation exams and the back of the book has awesome exam-taking tips for ITIL or any course of study.What impressed me the most was that the answer keys provided after each practice test not only gave the correct answers but explained why those answers were correct and gave references to the various ITIL knowledge areas that supported the correct answers. Aside from helpful tips and short introductory information, almost the entire book is devoted to practice tests. The exams tell the student how many questions there are, how many questions the student has to get correct in order to pass, and how much time the student has to complete the exam.
I took medical boards quite some time ago and studying for them was extremely challenging and boring. I wish I had a book like this in my area of expertise when I took my board exams; it would have lessened the anxiety of time limitations during my exams and I would have had an idea of what to expect on test day.
