Has lots of info on most common stuff, w/ ddx and 1st, 2nd & 3rd line tx options. Perfect pocket size, fits great in white coat. About 1/2 the photos are too distant to be useful (probably fine for the larger text from which they were taken but for the small size in this guide their useless).
