As indicated in the foreward, it is a book to be used "as a guide to deepen the roots" of one's recovery, "a stronger foundation upon which to build...newly found, serene lives.What I found, too, is that the style of writing makes this publication one that can be easily and readily understood and absorbed, and even put to good use. Not only is this a clearly-defined publication for those individuals who are directly affected, but it is also applicable to those who are also interested and want to stay informed.
