This 212 page delight was a veritable how to when it came to connecting to my soul essence and understand how I fit in this whole evolution business. I have an affinity to the rainbow and use colors often in my healing and spiritual practice, so I was excited to learn about the colors and how I can integrate them even more for my spiritual growth.
I found the format to be easy to follow and the material straight forward and effortless to digest. The instructions helped me so much and the step by step system, gave me time to think and feel secure all at the same time. I also love crafts so when the book called for making cards it definitely had my attention. I believe this hands on approach is fabulous and I know that it helped me in many ways. I would recommend my new best friend to anyone drawn to color as a means of growth and awareness. This majestic darling has made it's way right into my spiritual toolbox. This book continues the journey of the Soul as it searches for freedom and liberation from its earthly bondage, seeking the Oneness and light from which it originally came. The Soul is your inner awareness. It is a self-aware ethereal substance, a ball of light, yet it retains knowledge of the experiences of all of its mundane lifetimes. At the death of the physical body (its temple), it carries these memories with it.
